Beauty report: The hottest holiday party hair looks

It’s December and that means your social calendar is quickly filling up with holiday parties – but don’t stress! Toast the season and ring in 2017 with the most glamourous tresses, because we put together the hottest looks for all your festive nights out.

Old Hollywood Glamour

Day-old hair is best to start with when you want soft, vintage-inspired waves. Spray 2” sections of hair with Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Crystal Shine™ Heat Protection Shine Spray, wrap each section around a 1.25” curling iron, and pin each rolled section into place. Once the entire head is set, let the sections cool before removing the pins. Then, use a nylon-and-boar-bristle brush to brush it into place, letting it fall into perfectly cascading waves. Finish with Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Crystal Shine™ Hair Spray.

Smooth and Sleek

This is the perfect style for shorter hair. Spray your damp hair with Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Crystal Shine™ Heat Protection Shine Spray. Create a smooth blowout with a paddle brush (a round brush will give it too much volume) and run a flatiron over your hair to make it look sleek. Once hair is straight, part it on the side, tuck the front sections behind your ears, secure with bobby pins, and let the hair on top hang over it.

Bombshell Bouffant

Start by running Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Biotin+ Volume™ Mousse throughout freshly washed hair, flip your hair upside down and blow-dry completely. Set with large Velcro® rollers and heat them up with a blow-dryer so hair is full and bouncy, but not curly. Back-comb the roots and brush your whole head out with a soft-bristle brush. Grab the two sections nearest to the outside corners of your eyes and pin them back with crisscrossed bobby pins or a jeweled clip to open up the front of your face.

Sexy Side-Swept Ponytail

Apply Schwarzkopf essence ULTIME® Omega Repair® 11-in-1 Leave In to wet hair before blowing it completely dry. Roll the ends under with a medium-size round brush and create a deep side part. Using a 1.5” barrel curling iron, set hair on the top with pins, let them cool, and brush out with a soft-bristle brush. Using the brush and your hands, shape the “S” wave in the front. Secure in a low ponytail on one side with an elastic or a silk ribbon. Finish with Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Biotin+ Volume™ Hair Spray.

Face-Framing Chignon

To get this chic updo, applySchwarzkopf styliste ULTIME ® Amino-Q Hold® Gel to your damp hair and gently sculpt it into an “S” shape. Let your hair air dry completely. Comb it out to loosen it up, gather it to one side, and tuck it under to create a low bun. Spray all over with a Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Amino-Q Hold® Hair Spray to keep the wave around your face.

Bouncy Blowout

The key to a beautiful blowout is in the prep. Start by applying Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME® Biotin+ Volume™ Mousse to your hair. Then, blow-dry your hair with a medium-size, round, boar-bristle brush to create a full, finished look that's straight with a good bend on the ends.

Rock a different look with Schwarzkopf® brand products for every soiree this season!
